Baltimore Ten Miler Charity Chaser

Baltimore, MDMay 19, 2022 – Corrigan Sports Enterprises (CSE) announces local Baltimore Runner, Meaghan Murray, will be the charity chaser for the 2022 Baltimore Ten Miler.

Meaghan will start the Ten Miler dead last and for every runner she passes, Corrigan Sports and the Baltimore Ten Miler will donate a dollar to the Signal 13 Foundation. The Signal 13 Foundation’s mission is to provide financial assistance to Baltimore Police Department personnel, both civilian and sworn, who unexpectedly suffer extreme personal emergencies.

“This is our way of demonstrating our appreciation for the job that the men and women of the Baltimore Police Department do every day in our community.  We are excited to add this exciting charity element to the Baltimore Ten Miler” Lee Corrigan, President of CSE, said. “And we are even more excited to have Meaghan be the chaser. She has participated in this event in previous years, and last year she placed third in the female division. So, this could be a great outcome for our charity, The Signal 13 Foundation.”

Meaghan has been in the Baltimore running community for years and is the co-founder and manager of Big Run Media and Believe in the Run.

“The Baltimore 10-Miler has always been a favorite of mine, and the perfect kick-off to Summer! I’m excited and honored to come back and run this year in support of the Signal 13 Foundation”.

The event also raises funds for the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore and The Mark Ragonese Family Trust.
